I started taking Aevum after backpacking for four months to help me get back into healthy routines. Despite returning to busy London life and consistent exercise I’m sleeping better than ever, have more energy in the day and my normal morning puffiness has reduced 🙌

Absolutely amazing product i used to take alot if individual tablets to do all of whst these do in three tablets a day! although this is only my first bag I have begun to seechanges especially in my sleep and mood which is fantastic and enough for me to want to go onto my second bag and more

An excellent supplement. Took this instead of my usual stack. Improvements were physiologically measurable - reduced RHR, increased HRV and better recovery scores (tracked using Oura).

Aside from this, I have much preferred having a single daily supplement rather than taking multiple tablets.I suspect this will work out cheaper in the long-run.

For anyone interested in health, wellbeing and longevity, this supplement is one worth adding to the arsenal.

I’ve been getting much better sleep and had so much more energy since taking the Daily Vitals. A great addition to my routine!

Whilst I have only been taking Aevum for a few weeks, I can honestly say there have been benefits to me already. Everyone in my household has been unwell, especially my partner, but I was the only one by some miracle that didn’t catch anything! I have come to the conclusion that this is entirely down to taking my Aevum daily.

Only a mention is that I was slightly unsure if I was supposed to take 3 in one go, or 1 with each meal throughout the day. I don’t think it matters too much, but having spoken to the Aevum team directly they have clarified that I can take all 3 at the same time.

All in all I’m really pleased with how I’ve been feeling lately!

I started taking Aevum 3 weeks ago now. I exercise 5-6 x a week and have noticed my recovery improve significantly.

The key thing I’ve noticed so far is that I’m able to get to sleep quicker in the evenings when I’ve exercised - something that I’ve always struggled with.

I love the fact that they’re an ‘all-in-one’ and I can just take them first thing in the morning.

Being menopausal l have so many different aches & pains but Daily Vitals have helped me so much. In particular l had a very stiff shoulder which is now absolutely fine! I am delighted, and as a bonus my energy levels are much better.

I’ve felt so many wonderful benefits from starting My Aevum, as a busy mum of four young children i always feel I’m on the edge of burnout. I’ve been taking the supplements for only over a week and my energy levels are at an all time high, no more 3 o clock slump!
The main difference I have felt is in my monthly cycle, this particular month I’ve noticed no irritability (which is unusually uncommon) feelings of anxiety have reduced considerably. I haven't had much experience with supplements prior to my Aevum journey however I can say that I feel more energised and alert throughout the day. As someone who often trains at the gym, I've also noticed my recovery is quicker post workout. Love my Aevums!

The simplicity is the biggest change for me. I’ve gone from 12 capsules a day down to 3. My energy feels more consistent, and training days don’t seem to hang around as much. Way less stiffness and fewer aches the next day. The pill box is also brilliant quality and it’s now a permanent fixture in my bag.

I have been taking these supplements 3/4 months now. I think they are really making a difference with joint movement and pain. I forgot to take them away with me recently for 3 or 4 days and my morning aches became more apparent!

My skin is looking better. Had a full period cycle and usually I break out but I didn’t this time!

It’s hard to rate after only 3 weeks butI had to stop due to the Curcumin in the capsule as my ferritin had dropped. Not sure if this was due to taking this or not? I think I had a little more energy in the day, so it’s a shame.

I was hesitant about trying Aevum at first, but I’m really impressed with the results. I’ve noticed a big boost in my energy levels throughout the day, and I feel more refreshed and motivated overall. My nails feel noticeably stronger and healthier too. Highly recommend!
