Availability & cost
We currently ship within the UK & Northern Ireland only. All orders include free UK shipping.
Dispatch times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. During launches, promotions, or busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, all orders are delivered via 48-hour tracked and signed-for service. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays outside our control.
Tracking
You'll receive your tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
Address changes / order changes
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has been dispatched it can't be amended or cancelled.
Missing or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, email contact@my-aevum.com with your order number and we'll help.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact contact@my-aevum.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number, and
- clear photos of the outer packaging and the product(s)
We’ll assess the issue and do our best to make it right.
Returns & Refunds
30-day proof — our guarantee
If you complete 30 days of consistent Daily Vitals use and don't feel a genuine difference, we'll refund you £50 — no return required.
To claim, simply complete our Refund Request Form within 35 days of your order date. If approved, we'll process your refund within 5 working days to your original payment method.
The 30 Day Proof applies to Daily Vitals only and is limited to one claim per household.
Standard returns (unopened only)
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- unopened, and
- in its original, resalable condition, and
- accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Hygiene & safety
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened pouches.
How to start a return
Email contact@my-aevum.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we'll guide you through the next steps. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 3–5 working days (depending on your bank or payment provider).
Subscriptions
Some subscription plans include repeat deliveries for a set duration. If you're having difficulties cancelling or adjusting your subscription, please contact contact@my-aevum.com and we'll help.
