Availability & cost
We currently ship within the UK & Northern Ireland only.
All orders include free UK shipping.
Dispatch times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. During launches, promotions, or busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days (UK). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays outside our control.
Tracking
All our orders are sent with tracking - you’ll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
Address changes / order changes
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has been dispatched it can’t be amended or cancelled.
Missing or delayed orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, email contact@my-aevum.com with your order number and we’ll help.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact contact@my-aevum.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number, and
- clear photos of the outer packaging and the product(s)
We’ll assess the issue and do our best to make it right.
Returns & Refunds
30-day returns (unopened only)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unopened, and
- in its original, resalable condition, and
- accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Hygiene & safety
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened pouches.
How to start a return
Email contact@my-aevum.com with your order number and the reason for return. If your return is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, we’ll refund you to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear (depending on your bank/payment provider).
Subscriptions
Some subscription plans include repeat deliveries for a set duration. If you’re having difficulties cancelling or adjusting your subscription, please contact contact@my-aevum.com and we’ll help.
